Export Purchased Order Items to CSV

  • Exports Purchase Order ordered items (in addition to P.O. dollar totals) to a CSV file which may be used for import into other applications.
  • Exports Vendor ID, Purchase Order number, P.O. Date., Purchase Order Summary Totals
  • Exports Item ID, Item Quantity, Unit Cost, Unit measure, Extended Line Item Cost Total
  • Enables opening the CSV file from Excel.

Blaine, Washington, October 23, 2009 -- AccountPro Software Inc today announced that a new version of its Purchase Orders Platinum module, ready to run on the latest version of Microsoft’s operating system, Windows 7, is available to customers for immediate download.

Not any more, the Purchase Orders Platinum module has up to 14 pre-defined line format options to choose from, which makes the entire exercise a breeze. What’s more, Purchase orders can now print up-to three specific logos and graphic images in any location on the purchase order. Additionally, staff can now customize each purchase order with appropriate messages relevant to the order in hand, which may come from a pre-defined message-repository and need not be typed each time.

Sales Commission Basic - 10/11/2009

AccountPro announces a new version of its popular Sales Commissions module

The software now comes in four versions: Basic, Plus, Pro and Platinum. For any organization whose business models are based on sales generated through salespersons, and who need to keep a tight control over commission calculations. "While the product may be used as a standalone module on its own strength, it may also very easily be interfaced with the full-fledged Invoicing Platinum module.

The new version, Sales Commission Basic, allows calculation of commissions on a line-by-line basis, for a given product or service, and for all transactions within a specified date range. This depth and granularity singularly distinguishes the software from other products of similar functionality, where users have to make do with calculating commissions on the total for an entire period.

Users can now assign any of the several commission formulae available in the software, to each item, product, service, or even salesperson, differently. For instance, the commission for sale of product X may be calculated based on formula A, while commission for sale of product Y may be calculated on some other formula. Similarly, individual salespersons may be given commissions based on different calculations. Further, the commissions-payable information for any given salesperson can be adjusted as per the demands of the situation, whilst retaining the original calculated amounts. This makes the software truly versatile and responsive to management needs.

Sales managers can now have Commissions-Earned, Commissions-Payable and Commissions-Paid reports on their table when they sit for performance review meetings with salespersons. If you receive this message when first trying to use a module, check the document you received with the passwords and the name to use.

Key in the name and license keys exactly as shown in the document. If you add, for example a period, or comma and these are not shown on the document received, you will see this message pop-up when trying to activate the licensed application.
