Inventory Control Platinum add-on Overview

The Inventory Control add-on software module is an optional add-on to the Inventory Control Platinum module. It provides complementary features to the ones available in the Platinum module.

• Maintenance and Transactions from the AccountPro Platinum module are automatically reflected in the add-on module and do not need to be re-entered into the Inventory Control add-on module.

Inventory Purchase History (Product Purchase Cost Comparisons)

• Displays history of stock purchased, from which Vendor, Costs, Invoice date and number, on a product by product bases.
• Displays Lowest Cost, Highest Cost and Average Cost for the date range selected.
• Display may be sorted by Vendor, Unit Cost, Invoice date or Invoice number for each product received into stock.
• Ideal for making purchasing decisions.

Stock Issued History (if issued to a Customer)

• Displays history of stock issued to customer
• Displays product, quantity and date isued to customer.
• Display may be sorted by Customer or Product.
• Ideal for marketing decisions.

Assemblies

• The add-on module allows for copying of an existing assembly and all components belonging to that assembly, to a new assembly with all components from the existing assembly. After copying of the assembly simply edit the components in the new assembly so they do not need to be re-entered into the new assembly.

Inventory History

• Displays history (stock issued, stock received) with the ability to sort any of the displayed columns either ascending or descending.

Cross Reference Numbers

• Displays either the Manufacturer's or Vendor's product numbers for each Inventory Product in the master file.
• Add any number of supplier or manufacturer catalog numbers, costs and images to any of the products in the database for easy cross referencing and purchase decisions.
