Export Purchase Order Data to CSV file

• This module is used as an optional add-on to Purchase Order Platinum.
• Purchase Orders generated from the AccountPro Purchase Order module are automatically reflected in the export module and do not need to be re-entered.

Export Purchase Orders to Excel

• The AccountPro Purchase Order Export module add-on will export Purchase Orders data to a CSV (Comma Separated Value) Excel file allowing for importing into various 3rd party products, for example, Excel Spreadheets, to further provide custom reporting or use.
• The data to be exported to an Excel file may be filtered by P.O. number, date range, buyer, customer, product, job number, equipment number, etc.

Export Purchase Order summary totals to Accounts Payable Platinum module

• The AccountPro Purchase Order Export add-on will export (in this case post) summary totals to the AccountPro Accounts Payable Platinum software module allowing for printing of payable checks for P.O.s issued to the various vendors.
• The Purchase Order data to be exported to Accounts Payable may be filtered by date range, buyers, vendors, etc.
• Once posted to Accounts Payable the payables may be edited before printing checks.
