Estimating Platinum add-on Overview

The following is a summary describing some of the features of the AccountPro Estimating add-on module. Should you have further questions, please contact our office through one of the available contact options.

• This module is used as an optional add-on to Estimating Platinum.
• Takeoffs for Material, Labor from the AccountPro Platinum module are automatically reflected in the add-on module and do not need to be re-entered into the Estimating add-on module.

Copy Assemblies

• The add-on module allows for copying of an existing assembly and all components belonging to that assembly, to a new assembly with all components from the existing assembly. After copying of the assembly simply edit the details of the components in the new assembly so they do not need to be re-entered into the new assembly.

Export Takeoff Items to Purchase Order Module

• The Estimating add-on module allows for exporting (grouped by category) of takeoff items to the AccountPro Purchase Order module. Items are totaled by takeoff item id before they are exported. Once exported to the Purchase Order module, takeoff items can be adjusted for quantities and pricing and or a quotation request can be printed.

Adding Product Images

• Product Image maintenance.

View

• View Products with Images
• View Estimates by Tender Due Dates
• View Estimates sorted by Customer ID or Customer Name

Cross Reference Numbers

• Displays either the Manufacturer's or Vendor's product numbers for each Product in the master file.

• Suggested Resell Price
• Displayes Vendor's:
• Vendor ID
• Vendor Product Number
• Cost
