Equipment Maintenance Platinum add-on overview summary

The Equipment Maintenance add-on software module is an optional add-on to the Equipment Maintenance Platinum module. The add-on builds on existing features and functions by adding new capabilities and enhanced views of existing data in the Equipment Maintenance Platinum module.

• The module is used as an optional add-on to Equipment Maintenance Platinum.
• Maintenance and Transactions from the AccountPro Platinum module are automatically reflected in the add-on module and do not need to be re-entered into the Equipment Maintenance add-on module.

• Maintains and identifies all assemblies and components for equipment in the module's database.

View Purchases of parts for Equipment**

• Easely view items purchased for Equipment through the optional Purchase Order Platinum module.
• Tracks all purchases for a particular part, from which supplier, purchase order number, date and cost for the item.

• Serial number
• Tag number
• Year Manufactured

• Equipment or Vehicle Plate number

Duplicate Assemblies

• The add-on module allows for copying of an existing assembly and all components belonging to that assembly, to a new assembly with all components from the existing assembly. After copying of the assembly simply edit the components in the new assembly so they do not need to be re-entered into the new assembly.
