  • Ordering additional technical support covers technical support for the licensed software module for periods of 3 months from date of order.
  • If your current technical support period has not yet expired it will be extended by the period length of technical support ordered.
  • Technical Support may be ordered anytime.
  • Ordering technical support requires a current release of a licensed version of the software you are ordering technical support for.
  • We are unable to provide technical support unless you have a current licensed version of the software you are ordering technical support for. Due to the dynamic nature of software we are unable to provide exceptions to this requirement.
  • If your software version is not current you may at any time order an update from the column displayed on the left under Categories.
