- All AccountPro modules include technical support via email from our website for a period of 30 days from the date of the original order.
- Ordering additional technical support covers technical support for the licensed software module for periods of 3 months from date of order.
- If your current technical support period has not yet expired it will be extended by the period length of technical support ordered.
- Technical Support may be ordered anytime.
- Ordering technical support requires a current release of a licensed version of the software you are ordering technical support for.
- We are unable to provide technical support unless you have a current licensed version of the software you are ordering technical support for. Due to the dynamic nature of software we are unable to provide exceptions to this requirement.
- If your software version is not current you may at any time order an update from the column displayed on the left under Categories.

- Request for technical support other than thru the url listed above will not receive a response as it is impossible to track support issues other than submissions from the above listed url.
- Web/Email request may be submitted 24/7. Normally you'll receive a response within at most 2 business days. This may vary.
